Pentatonic Power
In this video we’ll be taking a look at 5 different shapes of the Pentatonic scale in one key. A look at the notes you are playing and how they connect. You will be using this as the backbone for lead playing later on in this course. Also you can see the tab for the 5 shapes in the key of E Minor; remember use you knowledge of the chromatic order to play these shapes in any key you like.

In this challenge I want you to start using simple pentatonic scales to fit over a chord pattern in G Major/E Minor, the chords are tabbed for you. I have done a simple 8 bar solo to fit over the chords using the pentatonics shown in the video lesson. You have the audio for just the chords, just the lead and also played together.
Press play on the Lead audio and strum the chords over the top.
